Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information for DMZ International Documentary Film Festival Badge Application

To provide personalized services to individuals, the DMZ International Documentary Film Festival collects and uses the personal information and obtains consent from the applicant according to the [Personal Information Protection Act]. The collected personal information is used only for the designated purposes, and any changes in purpose of collecting the personal information will be informed in advance for the consent.

1. Particulars of Collected Personal Information

Name, email, contact, belonging, position, company information, evidential data, photograph

2. Purpose of Collecting personal information

● For identification and issuance of badge applied for the 16th DMZ International Documentary Film Festival and 2024 DMZ Docs Industry

● For provision of guest service during the period of the 16th DMZ International Documentary Film Festival and 2024 DMZ Docs Industry

3. Personal Information Retention Period

The personal information is stored for registration and issuance of the badge from August 2024. If you agree with the storage of personal information, your information will be stored for one year to develop audience and service. Your information will be destroyed after the film festival in receipt of request.

4. Right to Deny Consent

You are entitled to deny consent for collection of personal information as above. Provided, badge application may be limited for denial of consent.
