Badge Desk Location
- Lakins Mall 1F Lobby (1F, 817 Hosu-ro, Ilsanseo-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do)
Badge Desk Operation Hours
- Sep. 11 (Fri) — Sep. 13 (Sun) : 9:00 AM to 15 minutes after the start of the last screening
- Sep. 14 (Mon) — Sep. 15 (Tue) : 9:30 AM to 15 minutes after the start of the last screening
- Sep. 16 (Wed) : 9:30 AM — 2:00 PM
※ The Badge Desk will not operate on Sep. 10(Thu), the festival’s opening day.
- Sep. 14 (Mon) — Sep. 15 (Tue) : 9:30 AM to 15 minutes after the start of the last screening
- Sep. 16 (Wed) : 9:30 AM — 2:00 PM

Important Notes for Badge Pickup
- Please bring a valid photo ID when picking up your badge.
- Badges must be picked up in person by the applicant. Proxy pickup is not allowed.
- Badge pickup may be restricted if identity verification is not possible.
- Badges cannot be reissued.
- Badge benefits are not available without a physical or mobile badge, so please take care not to lose or damage your badge.
